Botswana

Botswana’s landscape is defined by the Kalahari Desert and the verdant Okavango Delta, a world heritage site and one of the largest inland deltas in the world. The Delta and surrounding conservation areas are renowned for their high quality wildlife viewing and low density of visitors thanks to Botswana’s policy to focus on low impact high end tourism. Many camps are set within the Delta’s flood plains elevated on stilts within private concession areas. With optimum water levels one can view wildlife at a slow place in a mokoro canoe.

Jewel of the South

The vast Kalahari Desert landscape and the fascinating heritage of the native Bushmen and their traditions provide another dimension to a safari in the country. The Salt Pans of this arid area are an incredible escape and visits are enhanced when accompanied by a knowledgeable guide.

Chobe National Park, bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe, in the north of the country holds a huge number of elephants and other wildlife. The river cruises along the Zambezi are a particular highlight and offer wonderful photographic opportunities. Some cruise operators rent telephoto lenses to ensure your photos really do come out as they looked through the lens.

    What our Clients say

I am thrilled with all my photos and put the best ones into photo books. I now enjoy showing these to my friends who are all envious of the fantastic holiday I had! Thank you for being such an excellent guide. Of all the wonderful scenery, birds, mammals and plants I saw, the shots of the African sunset still bring a tear of joy to my eyes. I never expected to get that! I think the whole holiday exceeded my expectations even the amazing thunderstorms that we experienced. I hope to return again one day!

We are back home in a rather damp dark England and wishing we were back in Kenyan sunshine. We just want to say a big "Thank you" to you and your team for such a marvelous trip. Everything was perfect from the moment Kenneth picked us up until we said "goodbye to Peter at the airport. The arrangements you made, the camps, the weather, and the animals we saw could not have been bettered. Thank you very much for all the trouble you took for us. We really hope it will not be our last visit!

    Millie

We had THE most wonderful holiday. Thank you, to you, and your team for all your organizing. Thank you for the goodie bag on arrival. It was lovely for us both not to have to think about a thing - and to have everything taken care of so expertly. All in all a dream holiday.......and we saw Cheetah and her cubs and leopard!! Thank you again. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can come again.
